- MaxBill Selected by US2 to Support Next-Generation
Outsourced Solution
US2 and MaxBill Partner for Global Marketing to Brand and
Promote MaxBill-Powered ASP Solution
- New York, New York October 16, 2000 United Support
Systems, Inc. (US2), a leading provider of outsourced billing,
customer care and operational support systems for communications
service providers, has selected MaxBill, an innovative provider
of Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) systems for providers
of usage-based and event-driven telecommunications services, to
support its next-generation outsourced operation.
- US2 provides and manages outsourced solutions in both ASP and
service bureau formats to emerging and established providers of
integrated communications services worldwide, including wire line
carriers, mobile operators, ISPs, ASPs and broadband operators.
US2 will leverage the full MaxBill system, including its advanced
CRM, state-of-the-art rating achine, cutting-edge Electronic Bill
Presentment and Payment (EBPP) and other Internet-based features,
to provide its customers with complete relationship management,
billing and e-CRM functionality from an outsourced solution.
- The rule-based MaxBill rating engine is the first of a
new generation of engines. The MaxBill system, with its ability
to support multiple products along with cross service and volume
discounts, will empower US2 to offer outsourced services to carriers
and operators across the globe that need truly convergent billing,

addition, the Internet-based features contained in MaxBills
Autonom-e module will give our customers greater control over
their customer data and overall operations.
MaxBill and US2 signed a long-term agreement, whose project value
is estimated at $1.2m. In addition, US2 will brand its solution
with the MaxBill name while partnering with MaxBill to market
its solution globally.
