    MaxBill CC&B System Empowers C3 to Deliver Service and Revenue Assurance to Emerging Communications Service Providers in the United States
     
  • New York, NY - January 23, 2001 – MaxBill, Inc. announced today that Customer Care Communications, Inc. (C3), the first facility-based integrated Broadband-Application Service Provider, has implemented MaxBill’s Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) system for C3’s broadband business applications and services.

  • C3 will integrate MaxBill’s customer-centric CC&B system into the business software solutions that C3 provides to its customers. C3 delivers reliable and professional business applications to emerging communications service providers over high-speed broadband networks in the United States. Using the MaxBill system, C3 will be able to offer the first Web-accessible, fully scalable, online Operational Support System (OSS) with predefined, industry-specific, customizable system templates.
