THE CHALLENGE
Scarlet's acquisition of One.Tel and other subsidiaries challenged
the company to migrate the data of several companies onto one
integrated platform in fast time-to-market. Each company had its
own legacy billing system, which could not meet the needs of the
growing company. New services, an expanded customer base and aggressive
growth plans made a new Customer Care and Billing system essential
to the success of the newly joined company.
