- MaxBill Continues Global Expansion with New
Eastern European Subsidiary
- London, United Kingdom – July 3, 2000 – MaxBill, an
innovative provider of cost-effective OSS Customer Care and Billing
(CC&B) solutions for the converging telecommunications and
utilities industries, announced that the company is continuing
its global expansion with the opening of a new Eastern European
subsidiary in Kharkov, Ukraine.
- MaxBill’s new subsidiary will initially serve as a development
center to further the functionality and scalability of the MaxBill
CC&B system and related products. The development activities
in MaxBill’s new subsidiary will be an extension of its R&D
activities in Israel and the United States.
In addition, MaxBill intends to utilize its new subsidiary as
a base for providing local sales, marketing and customer support
for customers and partners in the Central and Eastern European
markets.
