- MaxBill and HarmonyCom Partner to Meet Demands
of Broadband Billing, ustomer Care and Provisioning
Integrated Solution Bridges Gaps Between Business Management
and Network Delivery for Broadband Service Providers Worldwide

HarmonyCom, Inc., a leading eveloper of broadband service delivery
software, and MaxBill, an innovative provider of customer-centric
Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) systems for providers of
usage-based and event-driven telecommunications services, announced
the formation of a key alliance. The two companies have agreed
to combine their technologies to offer a comprehensive billing,
customer care and provisioning solution to providers of broadband
services worldwide. Service providers will benefit with an end-to-end
customer care and provisioning offering, enabling the delivery
of new services to customers quickly and efficiently.
