MaxBill Ukraine, MaxBill's first fully owned subsidiary, was established in
Kharkov in July 2000 as part of MaxBill's vision for global expansion. The
branch is the development center for a number of MaxBill products and project
implementation efforts, while also being utilized as a local support center
for MaxBill customers and business partners in Eastern Europe.
MaxBill Services, located in Donetsk, Ukraine, is the company's second R&D site.
The branch was established in July 2001 and functions as the development center
for several MaxBill products, as well as housing implementation efforts for many
MaxBill customization projects.
