- MaxBill Implements its Application for Customer
Management Project in Israel
Extensive Data Replication Included in MaxBills Application
- Israel November 11, 1999 - MaxBill Ltd., an innovative provider
of cost-effective OSS Customer Care and Billing solutions for
the converging telecommunications industry, has implemented its
application for a Service Provider in Israel to support its Customer
Management. MaxBill has installed for its client a distributed
application with extensive data replication functionality. With
MaxBills application, the Service Provider is implementing separate
business rules to manage its Customer Care at each branch of its
operation while centralized billing activities are managed from
its main office. For the implementation of this project, MaxBill
developed a unique data replication tool to securely and efficiently
transfer and process relevant information between the Service
Providers local branches and main office. In addition, MaxBill
tailored large attributes of the Customer Care functionality to
meet the specific requirements of the Service Provider. We are
pleased to see that a Service Provider is utilizing the extensive
functionality and flexibility of our MaxBill Customer Care and
Billing application to better serve its customers, said Hadar

This MaxBill installation will enable managers in the central
office to view operational activity in its five satellite offices.
The capacity to support a distributed operational set-up with
secure data movement between central and remote sites will be
a tool that the Services Providers that we are targeting can utilize
to improve and extend their relationship with their customer bases.
