MaxBill Selected by HEAG MediaNet for City and
Regional Carrier Operation in Germany
Danet Independently Implements Project Using MaxBill’s
Innovative Software Development Kit
Darmstadt, Germany – March 19, 2001 – MaxBill Ltd.
announced today that HEAG MediaNet has implemented the MaxBill
Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) system for its city and regional
carrier operation in Germany.
HEAG MediaNet provides value-added fixed-line, mobile, Internet
and data services to business and private customers in central
Germany. The MaxBill system was selected to replace HEAG MediaNet’s
legacy system and will provide HEAG MediaNet the flexibility to
quickly introduce, define and adjust new and existing products,
service packages and tariff plans. MaxBill will deliver pro-active
CRM along with convergent rating and billing functionality on
top of a workflow mechanism.

The MaxBill system was implemented for HEAG MediaNet by Danet,
a leading system integrator and consulting company in the CC&B
market. Danet utilized MaxBill’s unique Software Development
Kit (SDK) to implement a customized MaxBill system for HEAG MediaNet.
MaxBill’s SDK toolkit enables system integrators to make
changes to the software independently to create a value-added,
tailored version of the MaxBill system for individual service
providers.

and implement the MaxBill system independently. In addition, this
