- Danet Implements MaxBill for Quest Wireless'
GSM Services
Danet Independently Manages System Integration of MaxBill Solution
- January 31, 2002, London, UK - MaxBill, which develops and delivers
high quality, complete, cost-effective financial solutions for
service providers globally, has announced an agreement with Quest
Wireless, the Greek mobile network operator, to implement MaxBill's
customer care and billing solution for Quest's wireless local
loop and GSM services.
- The system integration of the MaxBill solution will be independently
handled by Danet GmbH who will also deploy solutions for mediation
and provisioning on behalf of Quest.
- Quest Wireless is controlled by parent company Infoquest, which
holds a GSM 1800 MHz license as well as a Fixed Wireless Access
license in Greece. Infoquest has both fixed and mobile networks
and its future plans include the provision of multi-service offerings
over converged networks. MaxBill's expertise as a vendor and the
product's rapid deployment capabilities were critical factors
in Infoquest's selection of MaxBill.
- Danet GmbH will deploy the MaxBill solution for Quest Wireless,
including MaxCare, MaxRate, MaxControl and Autonom-e. MaxControl
provides a comprehensive management module that will enable Quest
to achieve service assurance goals whilst assisting in the prevention
of revenue leakage. MaxRate is a powerful, service neutral rating
engine, while MaxCare gives Quest fully convergent customer care
and billing functionality powered by universal workflows on MaxBill's
consolidated platform. Autonom-e enables Quest to optimise the
capabilities of the Internet through MaxBill's eCRM and EBPP gateways.
