- One.Tel/Scarlet Goes Live with MaxLedger, MaxBill's
General Ledger and Financial Management Application
- February 18, 2002, London, UK - MaxBill announced today the
implementation of MaxLedger, MaxBill's new Financial Management and
General Ledger application, at One.Tel/Scarlet of Holland. One.Tel/Scarlet
provides voice and Internet-based services to over one million
customers in the Benelux region and is one of Europe's most dynamic
telecommunications companies.
- With the integration of One.Tel and Scarlet, the company needed
a new consolidated general ledger solution with full Euro compatibility
to manage the financial activity of its large and dispersed organization.
One.Tel/Scarlet chose MaxLedger for its automated capabilities and
seamless integration into the company's operations. The implementation
took several days and proved to be a smooth transition from One.Tel/Scarlet's
legacy system.
- MaxLedger is the newest addition to MaxBill's suite of BSS products
for the management of each phase of the customer lifecycle, including
both front and back end operations. The application's General
Ledger, Bank Reconciliation and Accounts Payable modules interoperate
with each other and with MaxBill's other products to provide a
comprehensive and accurate view of the financial operations of
the business. Some of the advanced features of MaxLedger include full
multi-currency and multi-company functionality, interfacing capabilities
and remote access.
