- MaxBill and Vsoft Partner to Provide Comprehensive
Solution to Manage Broadband Services
Combined Technologies Offer Integrated CRM, Billing and Delivery
Functionality for Management of Video-Based Services
- New York, NY-January 8, 2001 – MaxBill, an innovative provider
of customer-centric Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) systems
for providers of usage-based and event-driven services, and Vsoft,
a leader in broadband video services software, announced the formation
of a partnership to promote the integration of Vsoft’s VideoClick™
software and MaxBill’s CC&B system.
- VideoClick software enables service providers to compete successfully
in the evolving broadband environment through the delivery of
a vast array of video services, such as movies-on-demand, PVR
(personal video recording), home server and more. The integration
of VideoClick with the MaxBill CC&B system will give broadband
service providers the option of offering these services based
on a variety of event-driven and usage-based billing parameters.
In addition, service providers can utilize the customer profiling
and segmentation features of the MaxBill system to design, offer
and bill for targeted service packages that can include promotional,
cross service and volume discounts.
