XA Alliance Implements the MaxBill Customer Care and Billing
Solution to Provide Next-Generation Services into Expanded Markets

Singapore - September 25, 2001 -XA Alliance, a premier provider

has selected the MaxBill Customer Care and Billing (CC&B)
system for its pan-Asian communications network. Based on a convergent,
carrier-grade platform, the MaxBill system will manage XA Alliance's
end-to-end billing and customer care activities for business customers.
XA Alliance is currently targeting Singapore, Hong Kong and
Japan with its network rollout. Plans are to reach 14 countries
